From there you will be able to create your patient profile, and complete the initial intake for the requested consultation! Consultation

You speak to one of our board-certified providers, or specialists, by phone or 2-way audio/video. Our provider, or specialist, will create a treatment plan based on the diagnosis and, if medically necessary, write a prescription or order a lab test, which is electronically sent to the DME, lab, or pharmacy of your choice.
