Speak to a Doctor Now

Getting Started Is As Easy As 1-2-3

Your Virtual Care Is Just A Step Away!

Patients can speak to a doctor over the phone about any non-emergency concerns, such as pain, cardiovascular issues, medication refills, or even general health concerns. Patients simply create an account, log into their patient portal, and schedule a consultation with any available provider within the network.

Connect

Simply choose to Create An Account from the top menu or click the button below. From there you will be able to create your patient profile, and complete the initial intake for the requested consultation! You are now an established patient and have full access to our network of providers, specialists, and wellness experts.

Consultation

You speak to one of our board-certified providers, or specialists, by phone or 2-way audio/video. Our provider, or specialist, will create a treatment plan based on the diagnosis and, if medically necessary, write a prescription or order a lab test, which is electronically sent to the DME, lab, or pharmacy of your choice.

Care Continuity

Medical records are updated in your patient portal immediately after each consult, and you have 24/7 round-the-clock secure access to your records, prescriptions, lab results, and more.

So What is Telehealth?

Telehealth lets your healthcare provider provide care for you without an in-person office visit. Telehealth is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Several Care Options
  • Talk to your healthcare provider live over the phone or via video chat.
  • Send and receive messages from your healthcare provider using secure messaging, email, secure messaging, and secure file exchange.
  • Use remote monitoring so your healthcare provider can check on you at home. For example, you might use a device to gather vital signs or other vitals to help your healthcare provider stay informed on your progress.
Collected Information That May Improve Your Health.
  • Your weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, or vital information.
  • Images of a wound, or eye or skin condition. A diary or document of your symptoms.
  • Medical records that may be filed with another health care provider, such as X-rays
Information Provided To Manage Your Health From Home
  • Notifications or reminders to do rehabilitation exercises or take medication.
  • New suggestions for improving diet, mobility, or stress management.
  • Detailed instructions on how to continue your care at home.
  • Encouragement to stick with your treatment plan

What Types of Care can I get using Telehealth?

Primary Care

It’s no secret that Primary Care practices spend a lot of time following up with patients. Asking patients to come into the office for follow-ups is inconvenient, for both the provider and the patient. For appointments that don’t require a physical examination, TelevisitMD solves this dilemma.

Urgent Care

The growth and development of Urgent Care have been driven by frustration over long waits in the emergency room, and a reduction in available primary care appointments. TelevisitMD for Urgent Care is making quick access to treatment even more convenient for patients.

How Telehealth May Benefit You

Virtual visits are growing in popularity. Though in-person office visits may be necessary in certain cases, there are many benefits of telehealthcare.

  • Virtual visits ensure you get healthcare wherever you are located – at home, at work, or even in your car.
  • Virtual visits cut down on travel, time off from work, and the need for child care.
  • Virtual healthcare tools can shorten the wait for an appointment.
  • Increased access to specialists who are located far away from your hometown

Telehealth is not a perfect fit for everyone or every medical condition. Make sure you discuss any disadvantages or risks with one of our telehealth providers or your healthcare provider.
